BASIC OPTIMAL HEALTH PACKAGE: $250 This Integrative Nutrition package includes- An individual assessment to discuss your priorities, influences, health history, work and family schedules, etc. (1 hour) When we finish, you will have a framework of where to start with your individualized plan, along with handouts and resources to support your first steps. Two (2) 60-minute follow up appointments. Follow up visits are planned to help you stay focused and keep you on track.
EXPANDED OPTIMAL HEALTH PACKAGE: $335 This Integrative Nutrition package includes- Basic Package Benefits plus two (2) additional 30-minute follow up appointments This program works well for individuals integrating nutrition changes for on going or newly diagnosed health issue
PARTNER OPTIMAL HEALTH PACKAGE: $300** (**PER PARTNER) This Integrative Nutrition package includes- An individual assessment for each partner Three (3) one-hour follow up partner appointments. These visits expand on ways to increase your energy level, improve your digestion, practice mindful eating, reduce stress, cravings, and emotional eating, and other nutrition concerns of special interest. This program is a great option for couples wanting to work together on changing their shared nutrition environment.
